Kirstin is a finance and commercial lawyer who has worked in private practice and as in-house counsel. Her practice focuses on venture debt, financial transactions and commercial contracts. Kirstin advises on debt fund raisings, convertible debt and asset-based lending. Kirstin is also an experienced commercial lawyer, regularly providing advice on contractual matters such as supply agreements, software licensing, distribution agreements and website terms and conditions.

Kirstin trained and qualified at Stephenson Harwood before joining Allen & Overy LLP, where she specialised in structured asset finance and project finance. Kirstin then worked as in-house counsel at a leading investment bank where she advised the global banking and trustee teams on financial transactions, trading platforms, commercial contracts and payment processing technologies. Since 2015 Kirstin has focused on advising early stage companies, acting as adviser to boards and investors.
