Marlborough House Partners are recruiting a Paralegal to support our commercial and corporate partners with their expanding tech and fast growth company client base. Our clients operate in sectors including fintech, insurtech, sustainability and fashion.
The role can be full time or part time and will be a hybrid structure of working together in person in our London hub and remote working. The role offers opportunities to work closely with clients and take on real responsibility from an early stage.
We are looking for someone that is driven, entrepreneurial, pro-active and willing to get stuck in as part of the team, with some knowledge and experience of working in commercial law, ideally covering some or all of the following:
- Commercial contracts (specifically, confidentiality agreements, MSAs, SaaS agreements, terms and conditions of supply and purchase, reseller agreements, end user licence agreements, professional service agreements, consultancy agreements, letters of intent);
- Commercial problem solving;
- Pre-action dispute resolution.
Knowledge or experience of any of the following areas would also be an advantage:
- Corporate (in particular fundraising);
- IP;
- Data protection;
- Competition;
- Tech industry.
